Cooking Instructions (Dumplings from Frozen)

What you need: a non-stick frying pan with a lid, one tablespoon of oil and some water
~Place a piece of parchment paper to cover the frying pan if you do not have a nonstick frying pan handy.~
- Drop frozen dumplings into a half full pot of boiling water and stir them gently with a wooden spoon so that they do not stick to the bottom of the pot.
- When water is boiling again, add one cup of cold water and bring back to boil, then add a second cup of cold water. When dumplings are floating to the top in the boiling water, strain them. Run cold water over the dumplings for 10 seconds so that the wrappers are tender in the soup.
- Transfer the dumplings to the soup pot.
What you need: a pot, a colander (ideally), a non-stick frying pan, one tablespoon of oil and some water

- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a non-stick frying pan on medium-high heat. Add the drained dumplings onto the heated pan for 2-3 minutes. Flip them over in the midway. Dumplings are ready to be served when they are gold brown.
Cooking Instructions (Spring Rolls from Frozen)
Cook from Frozen
Option 1: Bake in the Oven
What you need: baking sheet, your choice of oil and a pastry brush
1. Preheat the oven at 375 degrees F
2. Place frozen spring rolls on a baking pan and lightly brush both sides of spring rolls with your choice of oil (olive oil, canola oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and etc.)
3. Bake for 15-18 minutes until crispy, tuning once half way through.
4. Remove from the oven and let stand for 2 minutes.
5. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Option 2: Air Fryer
What you need: Air Fryer
1.Place the frozen spring rolls in an air fryer
2. Set 375 degrees F for 15 minutes without oil
3. Enjoy restaurant quality of spring rolls with your favorite dipping sauce.
Dipping Sauce
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar or 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar - choose your favourite vinegar
- 4-5 drops of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoons of finely chopped green onion and 1/2 teaspoon of sesame seed (optional)
- Mix all the above ingredients together!
